Refund policy

All sales are final at the time of purchase. You have 2 business days from the time your order arrives to email us (vnguyendesigns@gmail.com) regarding any damage to your piece(s) to be reviewed for refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
